UNICEF Togo is offering a three-month learning assignment in its Administration Unit. The intern will work alongside a supervisor and administrative colleagues while contributing to practical office-management activities that support UNICEF’s programmes for children.
The assignment covers asset management, service-provider administration, vehicle and field-mission support, records digitization and office-move activities. It provides a broad introduction to how operational services keep a country office functioning effectively.
What you will work on
- Support the physical inventory and verification of office assets.
- Assist with administrative tasks and the follow-up of external service providers.
- Contribute to management of the vehicle fleet and administrative preparation for field missions.
- Help strengthen the digitization and electronic organization of administrative records.
- Support the EFAAT survey, office relocation and setup activities, and other related administration tasks.
Who should consider applying
- Applicants must be at least 18 and currently studying at undergraduate, graduate or doctoral level, or have graduated within the previous two years.
- Training in administration, operations management, organizational management or a related field is an advantage.
- French proficiency is required; some English knowledge is considered an asset.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong academic performance, full availability, openness to learning and the ability to contribute effectively.
